Implementing value-based pricing is a change management project and like all change management projects to be successful you need to have a plan.
Here you can access a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted And Informed) list which identifies over 125 typical tasks that may have to be undertaken as part of a successful VBP implementation project. The list is only a starting point. Depending on the nature and size of your business, the task list will alter, as will the responsibility for carrying them out.
The task list seeks to identify who in the organisation has Primary Responsibility ❸ and Some Responsibility ❶ for carrying out actions within each section of the 8 P Point Plan.
