The Tip of the Iceberg is a reasonably regular (when we can get round to doing it), totally FREE newsletter (we really can’t charge for this stuff), which aims to inform, educate, berate, and emit sighs of despair about pricing in the legal sector. But also offers optimism, enthusiasm, and glimmers of hope and help to change where appropriate.

We have some regular features including “View from the Bridge”, where lawyers who have embraced value-based pricing (VBP) explain the benefits they have seen. The highlight of the newsletter is undoubtedly the “Dear Declan” agony penguin feature…sometimes we get as many as two letters a quarter!
